What is the 5x5 challenge?
The 5x5 challenge will help you build sustainable habits that will help you thrive. All you need to do is complete at least 5 classes a week, for 5 weeks to be in the draw to win gifts valued at over $200!
The 5x5 challenge will teach you how to invest in yourself sustainably, in order to enhance your lifestyle rather than deplete it. Carving out self-care on a daily basis is not an easy commitment. Q: Why is the 5x5 Challenge so important for everyone right now, more than ever?
A: If not now, when? Have you ever tried to cultivate good habits or get rid of old patterns in life that hinder you from moving forward, only to get back to where you started? That’s because building healthy habits is community effort, not a solo mission.
Healthy habits must also be built sustainably. Often when we do challenges, we end up feeling depleted and find it difficult to complete it. This will not be the case with the 5x5 Challenge. You will build a healthy daily practice of yoga, sustainably.
Through the 5x5 Challenge, you will be supported by our Jai Yoga team and also our incredible yoga community. You will be in good hands and in a safe space to practice and to learn! Don’t worry about the finishing line first. You never know how far you can reach until you take the first step. This 5x5 challenge will meet you where you are at, guaranteed.
Q: Will taking 5 classes a week, for 5 weeks, be too much for me?
A: Absolutely not. Taking 5 classes a week does not mean you have to take all powerful classes. We have a wide range of classes from Yin Yoga, Happy Hips, Yin Yang, Hatha, Vinyasa, and meditation focused classes. You can take classes based on your body’s needs, and pair powerful practices with restorative practices. A balanced practice is a sustainable practice. (And this is why we designed this program😉)
Q: Are there recordings for classes that I can take in my own time?
A: Sorry, recordings are not available for this program. As much as we want to make practice available for everyone in every condition, we recognize that this is a challenge, you need to show up in real-time for all the practice.
