The Practice Yoga Challenge

A 40-Day Habit Forming Sadhana
February 3 - March 14, 2025

Sadhana: Sanskrit word for practice. A personal ritual, a dedicated daily discipline, or a spiritual practice.

New Years Resolutions just stop existing in February. Here’s why:

  • !

80% of people drop their New Years Resolutions by February

  • !

Resolutions fail by February because people never turn them into habits

  • !

People think building a new habit is about willpower, but it’s actually about having a sustainable plan to build healthy habits

The Practice Yoga Challenge works and has inspired sustainable change for people every year.

  • We will guide you through 40-days to make sure your healthy habits stick - for good

  • It takes 40-days with a supportive community to build a habit for life.

  • By Day 15, you’ll feel stronger and more focused. By Day 30, you’ll notice your flexibility and energy improving. By March 13, you’ll feel transformed—inside and out.

This year, we’re focusing on the path to feeling whole - mind, body and spirit.

Days 21–30:
The Path of Love and Devotion (Bhakti Yoga)

Merge your heart and breath for an experience of peace and emotional balance.

Days 31–40:
The Path of Meditation and Self-Discipline (Raja Yoga)

The art of mastering the mind through breath and focus.

Days 1 - 10:
The Path of Selfless Service (Karma Yoga)

How to grow as a person by acting with kindness and detachment from the results.

Days 11–20:
The Path of Knowledge (Jnana Yoga)

How to develop clarity by understanding the wisdom within.

The Practice might be a challenge. Carving out self-care on a daily basis is not an easy commitment. But trust that living a meaningful and purpose driven life is worth your effort to show up. Make a commitment to yourself and to what you wish to invite into your life.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • If not now, then when? NOW is the perfect time.

Ever found yourself stuck in old habits, trying to make positive changes but ending up back at square one? You're not alone. Change is a team sport, and that's where The Practice 40 Day Challenge shines.

Join us and you'll find a community ready to support and keep you on track. At Jai Yoga, we're all about creating a nurturing and safe space for growth and learning. Don't stress about the finish line; it's all about taking that first step. With The Practice, you start where you are, and we promise, it's a journey worth taking.

  • Absolutely not. It's not about powering through every session. At Jai Yoga, we offer a diverse mix of classes - think gentle Yin Yoga, soothing Happy Hips, balanced Yin Yang, classic Hatha, Vinyasa, and even meditation-focused sessions. You get to choose what suits your body and mind each class, mixing energizing practices with restorative ones for a well-rounded experience. Remember, a balanced approach is key to a sustainable practice. (That's exactly why we designed this challenge! 😉)

  • Yes, of course! You can take two classes in one day. For example, you can pair your Vinyasa class with a Candlelight Yoga to cool down and unwind for the day. That counts as 2 classes!

  • We got you. Alternatively, tell 5 friends about Jai Yoga Studio and why you love practicing with us. Email us when this is done. Easy peasy.

  • We are always here for you and to be of service to you and your yoga journey. If you still have more questions, feel free to reach out via hello@jai-yoga.com or give us a call at 778-886-6520. We are happy to answer your questions and looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
