Connect within to empower your body and your growing baby through prenatal & postnatal yoga.

Yoga for pregnancy

Why did we start Pregnancy Yoga?

Almost every culture sees giving birth as a profound rite of passage, the woman is making the journey from maiden to mother, bringing a new life into the world. When a woman gets pregnant, she has the opportunity not only to birth a baby but rebirth herself as well

This virtual, prenatal yoga program offers private and highly personalised yoga, to hold space for deep meditation and to prepare the mind for labour. It connects us to your growing baby inside your belly and offers to provide an essential opening of the pelvic floor and hips.

Our prenatal yoga program allows women to unite with their bodies during an extremely powerful, sometimes new and stressful time.

What is Pregnancy Yoga ?

Our Pregnancy Yoga program offers private, virtual prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, that provides highly personalized stretches to release tension as your body goes through necessary changes during and after your pregnancy.

All pregnancy yoga programs are led by Christine King who is a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor. For prenatal yoga, she will guide you through gentle and safe strengthening exercises and breathwork that not only provides stress relief but also will prepare you for giving birth. For postnatal yoga, Christine will guide you through a specialised and personalised program to help reconnect with your body after giving birth.

If you are planning to get pregnant, are currently pregnant or have recently given birth, our Pregnancy Yoga is for you. Every class will be put together with your body and stage of pregnancy in mind.

Q: Do I need to consult my doctor before starting pregnancy yoga?

Yes. As it goes with trying anything new when you're pregnant, please consult your doctor before beginning any yoga and fitness program during and/or after your pregnancy.
